I've gotta ask: how would a setting like this affect an already-magical (or magic-like) being with all the nerfing? NiGHTS flies and makes things go "pop!"/sends them to an alternate space by catching them in a literal trail of magical glitter and sparkles but that's less of an issue; paralooping can be gone without, which is fairly integral to the character--to the point of we see them using no other form of locomotion or even coming in real contact with the ground. -headscratch-
