Hey, question for the lovely mods about powers, just to make sure I have it right. If I brought Nephenee here in from another game where she's earned herself a Persona, that would be locked away basically, right? (Being part of the soul I'd assume she can't lose it, but not being able to summon it is easy.)

Would anything passive with it being in effect, like strengths/weaknesses? I'm assuming no.
